Boredgames and a White Elephant

Last night I went to a board games house party.

It was okay.

At first, we indulged in delicious food that everyone brought together as an impromptu potluck, sharing conversations and introductions with JS housemates. Afterwards we exchanged our white elephant presents (I received a Community-tele-themed mug filled with chocolate and candy from JS), and following a few too many glasses of wine, we settled upon an entertaining game of “guessing whom wrote whichever answers to one card questions, either correctly or incorrectly defining whom wrote what (or why)” and another game, Quelf, that relied on improv activities, before ending the evening the evening with a half-watched narrative of “Le Fabuleux Destin d’Amélie Poulain aka The Fabulous Destiny of Amélie Poulain.”

Well, then.
