Sitting in an empty classroom on a friday morning, the azure blue skies and wispy clouds floating by idly as the sun shoots streaks of celestial rays across the riverside.

(above location not actually at SFU)
The university campus is so much more than expected, if you run away from the glassy dome buildings and concrete habitations.
There are gentle does watching you from easy distances across roadways, koi fish and their siblings exploring their upsidedown sky world, art students sans la bohemme lingering near their exclusive portable hastily built dwellings.
I’m still a little homesick for the vancouver carpe diem carefree life with travelling non-distances to art shows, conferences and street art, the surrey campus and their SIAT designer hungry crowd, that feed and gestate ideas on communication, interaction and c’est la vie changes of our world. Everything is changing again, another job and another crowd to assimilate into until the clock’s hands move again, but I think from the idle foreshadowing and prophecies of the previous two weeks.. that I can be happy here, too.
