Demo Camp #9

Tonight, Democamp Vancouver was a cross-pollination of industries and individuals.

The driving force of these events is to bridge people within their unrelated endeavors to beginnings and building networks and connections with unlikely strangers, and also, providing an enlightening perspective on the shared presentations and their presenters.

These participants, those we refer to as idea people, pitch and present on innovations extending over a wide variety of subjects, ranging from businesses to charities, asa geek-literacy within high-technology and artistic innovations within high-art.

Discussions included recotype connections; instant answers to questions via real-world time. Insight and worldly wisdom from the mega-man director of web technologies; yummy productions and the incorporation of wireless take-out gadgets for menus and eating.

Deets me and the cloudy web of contacts, troovy’s side-reflection of foursquare-esque mobile & location locale navigations, and a layerboom: transforming dedicated servers into virtual private server clouds.
